Chobe Game lodge is extremely unique as it is the only lodge located IN the Chobe National Park in Botswana. The lodge is built on the banks of the Chobe River and is classified as a five-star lodge and is fully eco-tourism certified, with a breathtaking view of the Chobe River, with amazing game viewing and bird watching from the comfort of the lodge itself. Chobe Game Lodge is best accessed from Kasane, which is only a 45 minute road transfer away. For those coming in from Victoria Falls, the transfer is around 90 minutes.
Chobe Game Lodge is made up of 44 rooms in total and it can accommodate a total of 94 guests. There are various dining options available around the lodge, indoor and outdoor locations. There is a superb swimming pool located in the main area of the lodge, overlooking the Chobe River. For those wanting to take a nice scenic walk, there is an eco-friendly elevated river boardwalk with several viewing decks for sundowners and private dining. There are 2 bars, the first being the Tshwene Lounge & Cigar Bar with a library, billiard table and TV; the second bar is called the Linyanti Cocktail Bar.
All of Chobe Game Lodge’s 44 rooms are river-facing and air-conditioned, featuring overhead fans, complimentary mini bar, en-suite bathrooms and a private terrace. For those guests who desire the ultimate in exclusivity, the lodge has four river-view suites, each with their own plunge pool and separate lounge area.
