220 VOLT AND 12 VOLT SYSTEMS
Madamburo is a very comfortable, fully air-conditioned, high-end cruiser. It has two en-suite cabins
with double beds, one cabin with a double bed, one cabin with a single bed, and both these cabins
share a separate bathroom which has a toilet, a shower, and a handbasin. All of the cabins have built
in cupboards for storage and all are situated in the lower section of the hull.
On the middle deck area there is a fully carpeted lounge with a soft and comfortable lounge suite for
your relaxation, a dining room, a well-equipped galley, and a braai area on the Bermuda deck. The
crew have their own cabin situated in the front bow area of the vessel, again in the hull space.
There is a TV installed in the lounge area with a full DSTV connection, on a manually operated dish
system, and also a music system for your listening pleasure, if required. Wi-Fi is also available for
those wanting to connect.
On the top deck area there is garden type furniture for your relaxation, a bar equipped with two
deep freezers to keep your drinks cold, and a temperature controlled jacuzzi to cool you down on
those hot summer days. All the facilities on the top deck area are covered with a solid roof cover,
except for the very front area of this deck which is open, for those who want to soak up the sun.
Additionally there are also exercise devices available for those wanting to keep up their fitness
(stationary exercise bike, yoga mats, dumb-bells, box-step, roller and bench)
Two tender boats accompany this vessel on its cruises, the one being a 16ft Sportster speedboat
with a 140hp Suzuki four stroke outboard engine, and the second is a 12ft pontoon boat with a
Suzuki 40hp four stroke outboard engine. Both boats together can accommodate up to 10
passengers.
There is one fridge in the dining area, one fridge and one deep freeze in the galley area, two deep
freezers on the top deck area, and portable cooler boxes for your fishing and game-viewing
excursions. There is no ice machine, so guests are to order/bring enough of their own ice, there is
plenty of freezer space to accommodate this.
Solar power and a back up generator provides 220 Volt electrical power to operate fridges, freezers,
a hot water geyser, air con and plug points and charges the batteries to service the 12 Volt lighting
system. The air cons are able to run throughout the night. Mosquito nets can be provided upon
request.
Catering, fishing rod hire, purchase of tackle and bait can be organised by your Agent at an extra cost
to the Clients. Clients will pay for all fuel used at the end of the charter.
